Dear Rush Residents, I wish all of you and your families a very Happy Holiday Season and a Happy New Year.   It is a great privilege to be elected to serve another two-year term as your supervisor and I look forward to working with the new board to accomplish our promised goals on behalf of all Rush Residents.   Please note that we have reinstated COVID Precautions.  The Omicron variant is reported to be far more contagious than previous variants, and while the vast majority of New York adults are vaccinated, the risks continue, especially for children and those with underlying health conditions.  There also continues to be breakthrough infections reported.  It is required to wear a mask and maintain social distancing in our Town Hall and other town buildings and at all public meetings and events.   We encourage you to sign up for E-news to obtain updates.  A few other features to check out on our website are the Business Directory and the HOW DO I menu selections that will give you answers to some of the questions you may have.  There is also an Accessibility Button at the top right corner (a Person) that can change the size of type, the contrast and other features to make it easier for you.  The site will continue to be updated as we move forward.    Please let us know what you think of the website -- your opinion matters!   Websites are always a work in progress, and we always welcome your feedback and suggestions to help improve services and supports in our community.   Thank you.                                                                                            Gerry Kusse                                                                                    Town Supervisor ...
